Confirmation
Requirements to enroll your teen for Confirmation program at St. Jane:
In the Sacrament of Confirmation, the baptized person is "sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit" and is strengthened for service to the Body of Christ.
It's a 2 year program to prepare teens in High School (grades 9-12) to receive the Holy Spirit in the Sacrament of Confirmation.
When are the classes?
Classes are on Saturdays from 3:00pm 4:30pm and then we attend the 5:00pm Youth Mass.
Full schedule: from 3:00 to 6:00 pm.
My child needs Baptism. What should I do?
Teens who need Baptism will receive this Sacrament at the end of the first year of Confirmation preparation.
In what languages are the classes given?
The classes are in English only. However, the staff is bilingual and can assist in Spanish.
Las clases son en inglés, pero el personal habla español.
How long are the classes and how many times do we need to attend?
Classes are every Saturday, 3pm-6pm (Includes attending the Youth Mass at 5pm)
My teen needs First Communion. What should I do?
Teens who need First Communion will receive this Sacrament at the end of the second year of Confirmation preparation.
